Skye Camanachd Vice-Chairman Ross Cowie is involved as the Friends of Portree Hospital hold a fund raising auction in the Royal Hotel Well Plaid Restaurant on Saturday 26 November 2011.

Ross Cowie said, "The fund raising drive is for the refurbishment of the Casualty Department at Portree Hospital which will cost in the region of £6,000. Viewing is from 12 noon until 1.45 pm and the auction takes place thereafter from 2pm till 4pm. There are some wonderful pieces up for grabs and we hope that as many folk as possible come along for what is a great cause."
