A bumper crowd attended the 2011 Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup Final between Newtonmore and Kingussie at the Bught Park, Inverness on Saturday 17 September 2011.

An initial estimate from Camanachd Association officials is that the thrilling final in which Newtonmore beat Kingussie 4-3 after extra time was watched by a crowd well in excess of 3,000.

Newtonmore's Danny MacRae grabbed a hat-trick to take shinty's top prize back to the Eilan for the first time since 1986.
