Skye Camanachd Boss MacVicar Frustrated To See Unbeaten League Run End.

Skye Camanachd second team manager Davie MacVicar saw his team lose their 5 match unbeaten run when they lost 2-1 to Kilmallie at Canal Parks in Marine Harvest North Division 2 on Saturday 24 July 2010.

“I was frustrated with the defeat but delighted with the performance from what was a much depleted team.” said MacVicar.

“I was particularly pleased with the performances of Jordan Murchison and Malcolm Moir - particularly in the first half - and Iain Grant and man of the match Shaun Hedley. John MacLeod in goal looked assured in his first game in 10 years and was blameless for the goals.”

The Skye second string has a tough outing against league leaders Glengarry at Invergarry on Saturday 31 July 2010.
