Kilmallie co-manager John Morrison rued a number of missed chances as his side lost out to Skye Camanachd in the Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Saturday 22 May 2010..
“We created enough chances to win the game,” said a disappointed Morrison, “but we didn’t convert them and that cost us.”
Morrison refused to blame the fact that his side were six players short for their defeat. “No, I don’t put it down to that,” he said. “The missing guys allowed us to see other players in action and we created enough chances. I thought the Skye substitutes Alan Palmer and Danny Morrison caused us problems up front. They worked really hard for their side.
"We wish Skye all the best in Monday’s draw,” he added..
