Angie Grant has been named the 2009 Skye Camanachd U14 B team Most Improved Player of the Year.

Grant was a key player in the Portree Primary School team which won the National MacKay Cup in both 2008 and 2009. He was also part of the team which went 2 years undefeated in all competitions.

He has done well with the U14s this season and will be an important player in the Skye Camanachd U14 A team in 2010.

Grant joins his older brothers Stewart Grant and Ian Grant as Skye Camanachd Player of the Year winners.  

The 2008 Skye Camanachd U14 B Most Improved Players of the Year was Ruairidh Morrison.
