| Lochaber Deserved Win Says Skye First Team Boss. | |
| 16 August 2010 Skye Camanachd first team manager Aonghas MacDonald though Lochaber deserved their win in their Marine Harvest North Division 1 meeting at Spean Bridge on Saturday 14 August 2010. “We were disappointed not to take a couple more of our first half chances,” said MacDonald. “Our defence did well and Michael Nicolson did well in goals.” “Overall, I don’t think out performance deserved a 4-1 defeat. The winning margin was a bit harsh but Lochaber took their chances late on and they deserved to win the game.” Next up for Skye is a trip to Kirkton for a derby match against Kinlochshiel. “It’s a big game and we are really looking forward to it,” said the Skye first team manager. | |
