Portree Primary School Reach MacKay Cup North Final.

Portree Primary School’s successful shinty season continued as they beat Banavie Primary School 3-2 at Kirkton on Monday 28 June 2010 to win through to the MacKay Cup North Final.

Portree trailed 1-0 and 2-1 in the game before running out 3-2 winners. Ben Nicolson scored Portree’s opening goal and James Pringle scored a double. The winner from Pringle came in the final minute of the game with extra time looming.
