10 January 2010 The Skye Camanachd second team has added to their pre season plans with a trip to Castle Leod to play Caberfeidh on Saturday 27 February 2010. Davie MacVicar’s side travel to face a Cabers side now led by former first team keeper Archie Ritchie and Andrew MacMaster. Cabers were relegated from Marine Harvest North Division 2 last season but their rejuvenated squad will provide a stern test. Davie MacVicar’s Skye Camanachd second team start off the preseason programme when they host Marine Harvest South Division 2 side Aberdour at Pairc nan Laoch on Saturday 30 January 2010. The 2010 Ewen Morrison Memorial Cup match between North Skye and Several Skye Camanachd players are involved in the shinty / hurling Iomain Cholmcille a Trì between Aonghas MacDonald’s Skye Camanachd first team travels to Saturday 27 February 2010 sees Scottish Hydro National Premier Division champions Kingussie visit Portree to contest the 2010 Thomas Ferguson Memorial Cup.
