The Camanachd Association has advertised for a Chief Operating Officer.

This is a move by the Association to replace the functions carried out by former Chief Executive Gill MacDonald and it will be a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate should have;

o        Leadership experience

o        A proven track record in management

o        Administration and Finance experience

o        The skills to produce a long term strategic plan and annual business plans

o        The ability to oversee the management of competitions and events

o        Experience in sponsorship, staffing and marketing

o        The ability to prepare annual budgets and monitor cash flow

The post will be based at the Camanachd Association Offices in Inverness and the successful candidate will be responsible to the President and Members. This post is supported by sportscotland.
