The Strathdearn Cup tie between Kinlochshiel and Lovat at Kirton will now take place on Friday 22 May 2009.

The match was originally scheduled for the following day when the Kinlochshiel first team play Beauly in North Division 1 at the same venue.

However both Shiel and Lovat were happy to switch the cup tie to the Friday night. This will be of interest to Skye Camanachd supporters, especially in the South end of the Island, who will be keen to take in a Friday night game of shinty.

The match throws up at 6.30pm and will be refereed by Skye’s John MacLeod.
