| 27 March 2009 There will be early morning pitch inspections on both Skye Camanachd matches on Saturday 28 March 2009. The Camanachd Association rules stat that in both cup and league competitions, should the home team’s ground be unplayable, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Camanachd Association or delegated substitute, will authorise the transfer of the match to the ground of the away team, or to a neutral venue agreed and proposed by the competing clubs and which is acceptable to the CEO or delegated substitute, or any other ground considered appropriate that may be available. The final decision shall be that of the CEO or delegated substitute. This decision can be made at any time up to the point at which it would no longer be reasonable for the team or teams to reach the alternative venue before the time scheduled for the start of the match. Failure by a team to abide by the decision of the CEO, or delegated substitute, will result in that team forfeiting the fixture.
