The Camanachd Association has released the fixtures for the start of the 2009 shinty season.

The Skye Camanachd first team will open their Marine harvest North Division 1 League campaign with a trip to the Highland capital to face Inverness on Saturday 7 March 2009.

The Skye Camanachd second team has a local derby as they travel to Kirkton to face Kinlochshiel.

On 14 March 2009, the Skye Camanachd first team do not have a game whilst the second team host last season's Marine Harvest North Division 2 champions Fort William.
