The Skye Camanachd first team do not have a fixture on Saturday 23 August 2008 but there is plenty other shinty involvement for Skye throughout the week.  

The Skye Camanachd second team visit Lochaber on Saturday 23 August 2008 and manager Davie MacVicar will have the advantage of being able to use some of the first team fringe players.

The U14 A team are trying to organise their league fixture away to Lochaber for the Saturday morning whilst the U14 B team are awaiting confirmation from Lochcarron that they will visit Portree on Friday 22 August for their Development League fixture.

Finally, the U17s are also due to face Lochaber during the week although a date for this WJ Cameron League match has not yet been confirmed.
